Worrying Well is about creating a space for open and authentic conversations about our worries.

Meet

Ruby & Sophie

Hi! We are Ruby and Sophie and a few years ago when our dad talked with us about WW and talking about our feelings, we naturally wanted no part of it. A few years later and both in high school and dealing with the recent pandemic we both decided on our own that sharing our teenage worries would be valuable both for us and others our age.

My name is Eric Sherman. I have a loving family and all the wonderful things that come with having two daughters and a loving wife as well as the stresses and anxieties of raising them, being married, and staying balanced in today’s world.
